Termite Control
Inspections, liquid treatments, and baiting for subterranean termites.
Georgia ground can hold 8–10 subterranean termite colonies on a single acre. Swarmers in spring, mud tubes on the foundation, hollow-sounding trim — we treat the colony, not the panic.
Prevention or elimination: after a full inspection we recommend liquid barrier, baiting, or both. You get a clear scope before anything is drilled or trenched.
- 01
Inspect crawlspace, foundation, and interior wood for activity.
- 02
Map a treatment plan — liquid, bait, or a combination.
- 03
Install and monitor. Annual inspections keep the warranty honest.
Before we arrive
- Clear stored items away from the foundation and crawl access.
- Make sure the crawl door opens and the area is dry enough to enter.
- Point out any past treatments, bait stations, or termite bonds.
