Wildlife Exclusion
Squirrels, raccoons, bats, birds, and the gaps they used to get in. Repair the structure, then keep them out.
Scratching in the attic is usually how it starts. We get them out — and we prefer to prevent the next entry with exclusion, not a revolving door of traps.
Attics, soffits, and chimney crowns are the usual story on homes and commercial buildings. Pest birds are more than a nuisance — droppings can spread histoplasmosis, and they damage the structure looking for insects or a place to nest. We show you the holes before we close them.
- 01
Inspect the envelope — attic, eaves, crawl, chimney.
- 02
Remove animals and one-way the active openings.
- 03
Seal with lasting materials and set follow-up monitoring.
Before we arrive
- Keep people and pets out of the attic until we inspect.
- Do not seal active holes yourself — animals get trapped inside.
- Note droppings, scratching hours, and which side of the roof you hear them.
